It came as a surprise to us all that Oseah Philemon, Editor-In-Chief of the Post-Courier and a friend and mentor to many of us, is leaving the Post-Courier.
Below is a short message he sent to Justine Kili today:

"Thank you for your message as I have been trying without luck to inform you that tomorrow 27th June 2008 will be my last day with the Post-Courier.
"After 35 years in the media ( broadcasting/print/government public relations and information) I am finally heading back to my roots – Labu Lakes.
"I bid farewell to all you my colleagues and urge you to keep up the fight to preserve/protect free speech and media freedom.

Beer contains female hormones
Last month, the National University of Swaziland scientists released theresults of a recent analysis that revealed the presence of female hormonesin beer.
Men should take a concerned look at their beer consumption.
The theory isthat beer contains female hormones (hops contain phytoestrogens) and thatby drinking enough beer, men turn into women.
To test the theory, 100 men drank 8 pints of beer each within a 1 hourperiod.
It was then observed that 100% of the test subjects:1) Argued over nothing.2) Refused to apologize when (obviously!) wrong.3) Gained weight.4) Talked excessively without making sense.5) Became overly emotional.6) Couldn't drive.7) Failed to think rationally.8) Had to sit down while urinating.
No further testing was considered necessary.
Send this to the men you know to warn them about drinking too much beer!
And send it to your women friends to give them a good laugh!
